1. Service Scope

Treenode provides role modeling, API publishing, and multimodal inference services.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for account credential security.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Report unauthorized usage immediately.

3. API Token Security

• Tokens are shown once at creation.
• Do not expose tokens in client-side code.
• Revoke and rotate if compromise is suspected.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or deceptive usage.
• No impersonation or abuse of third parties.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Billing

• Service is prepaid with usage deduction.
• Top-ups are generally non-refundable.
• Service may be limited when balance is insufficient.

6. Availability

We target high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treenode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be announced through service channels.
